Information collected

We collect information needed to process an order, including the customer’s name, contact details, company name when supplied, delivery address, ordered products and payment status. Payment card information is entered directly with PayFast and is not stored by WasteBins.

How information is used

Information is used to process payment, fulfil and deliver orders, provide support, prevent misuse and meet legal, tax and accounting obligations.

Service providers

We share only the information needed by payment, delivery, hosting and order-processing providers to perform their services. We do not sell personal information.

Retention and rights

Records are retained only as long as reasonably required for fulfilment, customer service and legal obligations. Customers may request access, correction or deletion where applicable by calling +27 65 392 8985.
