Delivery area and charge

WasteBins delivers to valid street addresses within South Africa. Delivery costs R150 per order and is included in the checkout total before payment. Collection may be arranged in advance by calling +27 65 392 8985.

Delivery times

The 240L and 660L wheelie bins are usually delivered within 3–6 working days after cleared payment. The 20L stainless-steel pedal bin is usually delivered within two weeks. These times apply to the five launch products and may change for future catalogue items.

Delivery conditions

A complete physical address and reachable telephone number are required. Delivery dates are estimates rather than guarantees. We will contact you if an unusual access restriction or service interruption affects delivery.

Damage or shortages

Inspect the order at delivery. Report visible damage, missing items or an incorrect product promptly by calling +27 65 392 8985 and retain the packaging and photographs.
